I'll be discussing how I come up with new products. From the sourcing of the ingredients to the package design, each product I develop has a theme behind it. Food memories, travel, trends and happy accidents all contribute to our ever evolving line of dry goods.
Suzi Sheffield
Suzi Sheffield, a self taught cook and veteran restaurateur, founded Beautiful Briny Sea Dry Goods in 2011. The artisan dry goods company was born of her love for and appreciation of those who work with the land. Her current line includes 14 salt blends, 6 sugars and celebrates partnerships and collaborations with Williams-Sonoma, Jenis Ice Cream, Delta Airlines and Whole Foods.
