Sadie Scheffer
Sadie Scheffer is the founder of Bread SRSLY, a gluten-free and vegan sourdough bread company in Berkeley. A proud MIT drop-out, Sadie followed her gluten-intolerant college crush to San Francisco, where she tried to win his heart by learning to bake gluten-free treats for him. Almost a decade later, the two are married, well fed, and working on building a larger bread manufacturing facility.
