Baljit Dhillon is the owner of Tula Bakeshoppe, a bakery specializing in brownies and blondies for dairy eaters, as well as vegan and gluten-free diets. Previously, Baljit worked as an accountant for a CPA firm and still holds her CPA license. She has also worked in the banking, investment, and mortgage industries.
