Come hear a presentation from the Western Pyrotechnics Association. This presentation will detail the art and science of fireworks. How they are made, how a fireworks show is run, the equipment, chemicals and processes used and examples of world-class fireworks shows and events.

Martin Walker

Martin Walker is a state-licensed pyrotechnic operator for Pyro Specaculars by Souza and a 21-year member of the Western Pyrotechnics Association. Martin has worked on shows ranging in size from small, high school homecomings to world-class displays, including pro baseball, football, New Year's Eve, Fourth of July and the Golden Gate Bridge 75th Anniverary.
