Burn is an original, small-batch, family-owned business from Santa Cruz, CA! Our single origin hot sauces are raw, alive, spicy, and are created by hand with love.

What inspired you to make this project?:
We wanted to bring the healthful effects of fermentation to the world through hot sauce. By leaving out the vinegar, sugar, and heat processing; we are able to create a sauce that is raw, alive, and full of probiotics.
