Cameras subtly distort time. Bring your camera (any kind: cell phone, point-and-shoot, or DSLR) and take a picture that will show you how fast your shutter exposure time is, and what direction and how fast it travels across the image!

Phil King got his BSEE and MSEE degrees from Stanford, and has worked all over industry on games, toys, educational computers for kids, networking equipment, gunshot location sensors, and cameras. He now works on VR hardware at Valve.
