Paul is the Chief Scientist of the XPRIZE Foundation, where he brings his ability to bridge the gap between science and society to incentivize solutions to diverse challenges facing our world, including climate change, energy, and our ocean. As Co-Founder of Conservation X Labs, he works to bring innovation into new approaches to conservation to end human-induced extinction.

Tom Quigley is a conservationist and entrepreneur with experience launching and scaling a video-on-demand startup, running extensive digital marketing campaigns, and feeding koalas. At Conservation X Labs, Tom brings his background in environmental fieldwork together with startup know-how to develop innovative products and new approaches to disrupt conservation.
