Back in 2014, while trying to find the perfect dessert to go with dinner, Maxime saw something was missing on American grocery store shelves: Pot de Crème! Though a traditional dessert in France, this sweet, creamy pudding is relatively unknown here

Maxime grew up in a small village in the southwest of France called Saint Sever. It was the kind of town renowned for foie gras and to be a culinary center of the region. Ever since Maxime can remember, he knew he wanted to be a pastry chef.
