My artwork and jewelry combines painted scenes and real, found specimens in layers of polished resin. Each piece is hand painted with brushes and toothpicks, cast in resin, then polished into delicate, dreamlike 3-D landscapes.
Fernworks
Faryn Davis of Fernworks creates tiny, intricate worlds in resin. She grew up on a farm in the Appalachian mountains and has always been a collector and a scavenger. She now lives in Asheville, NC and has been crafting with resin for almost 20 years.
