Monstark is a were-beast who hails from the woods north of San Francisco. He occasionally takes human form to create weird and monstrous art, which can be found on walls, in saloons and on humans around the planet. When the moon is right, Monstark leaves his art lair to delight and disturb humans in person at events up and down the American West Coast.
