Box Drum

Maker Faire Bay Area 2017

May 19th-21st

Exhibit Craft

For my Maker's Faire project, I am making a Box Drum (Cajun). This is a simple design, with 3 different sounds you can create from it. It is a rectangular prism, 12" x 12" x 18.5". It is made with Birch Plywood, 1/4" for the two faces, and 1/2" for everything else. It is made with a snare set inside, behind the front face, and also has a hole in the back for more audible sound.
