I had some broken RC helicopters just sitting around in my garage. It seemed like they were broken and done, but no. Dissecting the helicopters, I mounted the gearboxes on wood and attached wheels. Now I have a way more fun and entertaining toy that actually works and I didn't spend a penny.

Young Makers Showcase Maker
The Young Makers program brings together a community of young people with mentors and a space to make. In small clubs, participants work together to design and make a youth-chosen, open-ended project which they showcase at Maker Faire!
