Local Greens is an indoor hydroponic organic produce farm in Berkeley, CA. We utilize the latest technology to grow thousands of pounds of microgreens, sprouts & basil monthly for 40 Bay Area grocery markets.
Ron Mitchell
Ron Mitchell, began his work in hydroponics over 40 years ago. He founded and ran a successful hydroponic produce farm in Hawaii for over 20 years and returned to the Bay Area to create his 2nd facility, Local Greens, in 2013 with his daughter, Faye.
