This Exhibit discusses the impending crisis posed by ocean acidification, caused by excessive addition of CO2. This crisis might be avoided if we move quickly and with determination. Though technical, all concepts are presented in plain English.

Robert Greene

Dr. Greene is an avid spokesman for nuclear energy, particularly Molten Salt Reactors (MSRs), to address the need for carbon-free power to prevent the worst effects of ocean acidification. His Ph.D is in Atmospheric Physics.

Dr. Alex Cannara Maker Picture

Dr. Alex Cannara

Dr. Cannara holds 2 Masters & a Ph.D. from Stanford. He worked in electronics, semiconductors, systems, networking and software with prominent Silicon Valley firms & startups. He has consulted in teaching, networking and environmental engineering.
