Join us for design challenges! From grabbers and paper-circuit murals, to 3D design and watersheds. Our K-12 students will be sharing exciting projects and leading hands on activities for children and adults. Learn about making in our schools.
What inspired you to make this project?:
Here is why our group of maker educators brings students and families every year:
It gives our students the opportunity to showcase their work in an authentic setting, to interact with people outside of our community as they share their projects and teach others. It is a beyond school experience - and when our students present their work and teach others, they feel like an integral part of the event, they know they are makers.
It also opens up their understanding to the much larger world of making. Finally, we remember our first time exhibiting and want to support other schools who want take their students by giving them a space to showcase.
