Critical Making, Spring 2017

Critical Making draws upon the interdisciplinary skill sets, experiences, and backgrounds of its student participants to push the boundaries of technologically-enabled art practice. Throughout the course, and using a variety of digital and physical tools provided by Berkeley's Jacobs Institute for Design Innovation, members imagine and build objects that provoke, inspire, destabilize, assist, and question dominant social norms. Come see these creations designed specifically to start conversations, build competencies, and otherwise change hearts and minds, and be amazed!
