In 2013, Rich Lehrer and his students became one of the first school groups to create a 3D printed prosthetic for a child: Rich's son, Max. Rich has since gone on to become a recognized leader in the use of authentic 3D printing projects to connect students to their schools, communities, and world.

Rich Lehrer

Rich Lehrer is a recognized educator, teacher trainer, speaker, and thought leader in the field of authentic 3D printing education projects. He is currently the Innovation Coordinator for Brookwood School (MA) and trains U.S. and international teachers in the use of 3D Printing and Project Based Learning through his work with the Buck Institute for Education, TeachThought, and the PTC/TTC.
