Western Pyrotechnic Association works with Makers & pyrotechnicians to share know promote knowledge & safe practices for making fireworks in an entertaining & educational atmosphere. Members build up to 24" shells on-site for nightly displays.
Western Pyrotechnic Association is a fireworks club open to Makers and professional pyrotechnicians. We promote safe practices and share knowledge. We gladly answer questions about fireworks, how they work and how you can get involved.
What inspired you to make this project?:
Fireworks are a deeply fascinating art form that should be experienced by the world at large. For many reasons, this art form could become unavailable to home hobbyists for a variety of reasons. I am doing my part to impart knowledge to others through Maker Faire.
