Charlie Frank's Pies is a company that create gourmet sweet potato pies (sweet potato peach pie, vanilla fudge sweet potato pies, coconut rum sweet potato pies, Caribbean ginger sweet potato pies), as well as key lime pie, peach cobbler, pound cakes.

Charlie Frank's Pies was conceived out of my desire to bake Christmas gifts one year. I spent about three hours in the supper market and the concept of a sweet potato peach pie was born.
