Having a vision and bringing it to fruition can be as simple or complex as you make it. We will address everything from philosophy and design to implementation and integration while sharing our experiences from the multiply disabled to gifted and talented prek-12 environments.
Tiffany Lucey
Supervisor, maker, educator, and public speaker. Solving problems, developing curricula and helping teams with innovative solutions whose specialties include: implementing woodshop makeovers, media center evolution and classroom revolution this former Teacher of the Year is partnering to win grants with Rutgers and the NEA, earn the innovateNJ designation and develop jerseyshoremakerfest.org.

Courtney Pepe
Mrs. Pepe is the Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction at the A. Harry Moore School in Jersey City, New Jersey. Mrs. Pepe is also an Adjunct Professor at Kean University where she has helped create courses in their new digital leadership certificate program within the Educational Leadership Department.

Marc Natanagara
Dr. Natanagara has been a high school science teacher and P-12 building and district administrator for 29 years. He currently serves as Assistant Superintendent of Operations in Toms River Regional, the largest suburban district in NJ. He is driven to improve education through authentic learning, integrated STEAM and the maker mindset.
