Over 25 years, Bruce Shapiro has explored robotic technology to make art. From building CNC tools in-studio to make sculpture, his machines later "escaped" and became the artwork themselves. His work is installed in science centers across the globe. His focus is now to bring it into your home.

Obsessed by connecting computers to things that move, began with creation of the first Eggbot in 1990. Continues to pursue this passion, preaching a gospel of DIY motion control, and installing art machines in museums throughout the world. New focus is to release home versions of his large-scale museum sculptures.
