Head chef and owner, Randall Hughes graduated from U.C. Davis in 1999 with a B.S. in Nutrition Science and has been cooking for over 35 years. His inspiration for the assortment of delectable jerky recipes comes from his travels to South East Asia and Mexico along with years of cooking experience. "I love to cook and the kitchen is where the culinary artist in me takes over.
