Miguel Valenzuela, the creator of PancakeBot, will present on the history of PancakeBot and what he thinks is the future of food.

Miguel Valenzuela is a husband, father maker and inventor. Inspired in 2010 by his daughter Lily, Miguel created PancakeBot to help inspire his daughters to learn about technology, engineering and food. He currently lives in Norway and spends his time making and working as an engineer. He also loves to travel and tell the PancakeBot story.
