Creating a maker space for a small group of kids is fine, but how does a public school teacher with 200+ students a day and minimal resources create a maker space so that all students have access? In this presentation, I share successes and epic fails and give the audience time to share as well.

Christie teaches science to over 200 middle school students daily. She combines her prior experience working as a technology consultant with her current enthusiasm for teaching to create a maker themed classroom. She is located in the Central Valley.
