Nicole Easterday is the founder of FARMcurious, an Oakland organization dedicated to educating, inspiring and equipping urban homesteaders in the SF Bay Area. Nicole teaches homesteading classes and offers DIY food demonstrations at the homes of urbanites hoping to reconnect with their food.
