Soundboxd
Maker Faire Bay Area 2015
May 15th-17th
An interactive light and sound experience, Soundboxd was created to engage young learners of music. Soundboxd is a walk-in box, with a panel of notes on the outside and sound reactive LED strips inside. Using an Arduino Uno, we programmed a basic c major scale to play when one touches the panels on the side of the box. The sound created then activates the LED strips inside the box, making a fun light show for the person inside!

Young Makers Showcase Maker
The Young Makers program brings together a community of young people with mentors and a space to make. In small clubs, participants work together to design and make a youth-chosen, open-ended project which they showcase at Maker Faire!
