Dream Mask

Maker Faire Bay Area 2015

May 15th-17th

Exhibit Young Makers

We designed an eye mask that would wake up a person when they experience a certain increase in heart rate, by activating an LED light, because this is the stage in which people can best remember their dreams. For this project, we are using a Lilypad Arduino, an LED, and a pulse sensor as the major components to measure when the person's heart rate has increased significantly, signifying that they are in a stage of sleep in which they can best remember their dreams.
