The PiDrone

The PiDrone is a powerful drone with both a Pixhawk flight controller and a Raspberry Pi 2 onboard. It is capable of autonomous flight, and the onboard camera controlled by the Pi allows for aerial shots, mapping applications, and computer vision. The onboard Pi also gives the drone WiFi capabilities, allowing it to be controlled by a iOS device and also a web application with no hardware on the device itself. The drone also streams live video to a webpage viewable by an iPad.

Young Makers Showcase Maker
The Young Makers program brings together a community of young people with mentors and a space to make. In small clubs, participants work together to design and make a youth-chosen, open-ended project which they showcase at Maker Faire!
