Beta Lab (Build, Engineer, Tinker, Adapt) is an NSF funded research project on the nature of learning through making. We will share our mobile workshop, research findings in-progress, and support visitors to build a small project.

Lee Martin is an Assistant Professor in the School of Education at UC Davis. He studies how young people learn and develop through participation in making and the Maker Movement.
