Experience the fun and sophistication of a Japanese charcoal grill. You will create memorable food and experiences with this easy to use and beautiful grill. Quickly cook for a small crowd and create a move able feast on a patio, at a party, or take it to the beach. Also, the nearly smokeless fire creates a fun and healthy atmosphere for everyone, and delicious food!
What inspired you to make this project?:
We love Japanese food, and our best friend is from Japan (and a chef) so we spend a lot of time together cooking. Ryan loves to build things, and when he didn't see a yakitori grill available in the US that he really liked, he decided to build his own. After we made the grill and saw how much people enjoyed cooking together with the grill, and how easy it was to use, we thought others may want it as well. Its' compact size and aesthetic make it a pretty good fit for people that have small patios, and for people that already have fancy home grills/smokers, it is a nice addition to a cooking device collection.
