All items are rentals for the duration of the event and include delivery to booth on set-up day. Order Deadline is October 1st, 2024. Orders and changes placed after the deadline will incur additional fees.

Tables do not include coverings. Order linens separately in following section or bring your own. Tables are 30″ high unless indicated otherwise.

Linens are a a solid color of your choice in a poly blend fabric. Contact us for speciality size, fabrics, and colors. We have 5 colors of Linens available: White, Grey, Black, Red, & Royal Blue.

Pipe & Drape available in multiple sizes.

Maker Faire is a challenging environment to provide Internet, especially over WiFi, but our experienced technical team will be able to best set up and troubleshoot your network needs.

The prices below include all public show hours of the entire event. We cannot guarantee access during set up hours. Prices include set up of the network. (Mbps means Megabits per second.)

To provide the best setup, please make sure we receive your booth layout indicating height and any structures and your load-in schedule.

We may need access to a power outlet inside your booth. This will not reduce the number of outlets in your booth, nor will it increase your power budget in a significant way.

There is a 50% increase in fees for late or onsite requests.
