Hey there! My name is Mia. I am an independent small artist and Professional Dabbler of the Fine Arts. Pink Rat Prints is the business I created as a reflection of my love for Baltimore and all different forms of media. I sell hand printed linocuts, archival artist prints, risos, stickers, and most recently, fun-sized ceramics! What Inspired You to Make This?
I love Baltimore. I've grown up and lived in and around the city my whole life. Baltimore gets a bad reputation sometimes, but I truly believe it lives up to the name "Charm City." One notable thing I've noticed about the city is all of the rats. While a lot of people think they're kind of gross, I've chosen to pay tribute to them in my work as the goofy, resilient, and occasionally cute creatures that they are by making prints and stickers of them.
