2. ELIGIBILITY
The Prusa Core One Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on September 17, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on September 18, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

5. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry:
A. PURCHASE-BASED ENTRY:
During the Entry Period, purchase a valid single-day or weekend ticket (Saturday Adult, Saturday Youth, Sunday Adult, Sunday Youth, Weekend Adult, Weekend Youth) for Maker Faire Bay Area from the official ticket portal. Each qualifying purchase will automatically generate one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
B. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE):
To enter without making a purchase, fill out the contents entry form. Include your complete mailing address (including street, city, state, and zip code), email address, and telephone number, agree to the terms and conditions, then submit electronically.
Contest entry form must be submitted before September 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Attempts to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void all of that entrant’s entries and the entrant may be disqualified.

6. PRIZE
One (1) Winner will receive:
One (1) Prusa Core One 3D Printer.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,299.00.
The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except at the Sponsors sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All taxes, fees, and other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 24, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated agent, whose decisions are final.
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone call using the contact information provided. The potential winner must respond with in 24hrs to the email and CLAIM the printer at the merch stand during Maker Faire Bay Area 2025 from September 26-28th during event hours only.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, fails to provide the required documentation, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

8. ODDS
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Prusa Research, and their respective affiliates, and their agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; or (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.

11. WINNER’S LIST
For the name of the winner, available after October 1, 2025, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Make: Community, LLC, 150 Todd Road, Suite 100, Santa Rosa, CA 94507. Requests must be received by October 11, 2025.
