Maker Faire Bay Area 2024 : Maker Shipping Form

Thanks for being part of Maker Faire Bay Area 2024!

Please complete this form if you are sending anything direct to or from Maker Faire. Please submit as many times as needed.

Deadlines:

For Direct to Show shipments, please ship to arrive Monday 10/14/2024 through Thursday 10/17/2024. Maker Faire will be open starting Friday 10/18 and we are not guaranteed to receive deliveries during show days from outside carriers. Anything arriving direct to the site prior to the 10/14 date cannot be received and will be returned to sender. Email makers@make.co if you need to shipment needs to arrive prior to Monday 10/14.

Please see your Area Manager when you check in to inquire about your shipment.

Tips:
Make sure to clearly label each box with your Name, Project ID #, Onsite Cell Phone Number and Piece Count (1/2, 2/2, etc…)
Most boxes look the same, especially at Maker Faire! Consider adding writing, colors or any other easily identifiable marks to your shipment.

**There may be a surcharge for material handling that uses any heavy equipment.
