CalSol: UC Berkeley's Solar Vehicle Team

We are a student engineering team that designs, builds, tests, and races high performance Solar Cars all over the globe against the world's top universities.

What inspired you to make this project?:
We are a group of students inspired to solve the world's energy crisis. As much carbon waste comes from our modes of transportation, we came together to build a car that is completely solar powered. While there were many obstacles, our final outcome was a road legal solar car, that has traveled thousands of miles across the world!
