"Radio Denali" is a 3d-printed, video-mapped, Arduino-controlled interactive holograph-esque artwork that allows visitors to control the sun and sky above the highest mountain in the United States (and North America).

What Inspired You to Make This?
Like many artists, I am fascinated by maps of all sorts. Google Earth, and soon after, Google Maps give us the entirety of the world, but somehow this reduces rather than expands our sense of the globe. Radio Denali came from experimenting with video projection and 3-D landscape prints; beyond that I‘m not sure how it arrived in its final form.
