Abbiamo deciso di dare vita a Robodog, un quadrupede robotico che non solo si muove con naturalezza, ma comprende il linguaggio gestuale umano. Duckietown is een miniatuurstad vol kleine zelfrijdende autootjes. De Duckiekart is een vereenvoudigde versie van de universiteitsrobot, speciaal ontwikkeld voor gebruik op middelbare scholen – en je programmeert ’m met Scratch, zonder programmeerkennis! De Duckietown op de Maker Faire is mede mogelijk gemaakt door bijdragen van twee scholen uit de regio. Je kunt zelf een Duckiekart aansturen en een rondetijd neerzetten op ons testcircuit. In een paar snelle stappen – waar je wel even goed over na moet denken – ervaar je hoe leuk en verrassend techniek kan zijn.

Urobte si sami elekrické výhybky k dreveným vláčikom! Na stánku predstavím už známy projekt analógových elektrických výhybiek a prinesiem novinku - digitálne výhybky a závory so semaforom. Na ploche 4m2 si postavíme parádnu plne ovládanú drevenú železnicu. Návštevníci sa budú môcť zahrať na želeničiara a pokúsia sa prepraviť vlak zo stanice A do stanice B bez zrážky. Il progetto presenta una macchina di Ising fotonica in grado di risolvere il problema del commesso viaggiatore, ovvero trovare il percorso più breve che collega varie destinazioni. Sfruttando luce laser ed un modulatore a cristalli liquidi, la macchina simula i possibili percorsi su un sistema di spin e, convergendo verso stati a bassa energia, individua le soluzioni ottimali del problema. Il prototipo è interattivo: il pubblico potrà indicare i luoghi di Roma che vuole visitare e ottenere, in tempo reale, il tragitto più breve calcolato dalla macchina.

Bellefonte Historical Railroad Society Rides and Guided Rail Car Exhibit

Přivezeme sebou naše výrobky, zahrajete si s námi robotický hokej, vyzkoušíte si, jak se robot řídí a objevíte kouzlo nekonečného zrcadla a uvidíte naše vítězné roboty ze soutěží v akci. Na Maker Faire chceme inspirovat další děti i dospělé, sdílet naše zkušenosti a ukázat, že tvoření má kouzlo, které si zaslouží šířit dál. Naší vizí je vychovat novou generaci makerů, kteří budou s nadšením tvořit a posouvat hranice možností.

TRACE – EU Project

UNIMORE – Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia parteciperà al Make it Fair di Roma per presentare le attività di ricerca e innovazione condotte nell'ambito del progetto europeo TRACE, focalizzandosi sul caso d'uso italiano dedicato alla logistica urbana sostenibile. Nel progetto TRACE, UNIMORE coordina lo sviluppo di un sistema di platooning semi-autonomo per cargo bike elettriche, dove un operatore guida una bicicletta leader mentre le altre seguono in modalità autonoma. Questo sistema è supportato da un software avanzato sviluppato internamente, che consente la gestione delle consegne dell'ultimo miglio in modo efficiente e a basse emissioni. Per monitorare e visualizzare in tempo reale i dati provenienti dalle cargo bike, UNIMORE ha sviluppato il Digital Twin 3D USCV (Unreal Smart City Visualizer), una piattaforma basata su Unreal Engine 5 che permette di osservare il comportamento dei veicoli all'interno di un ambiente urbano virtuale. Inoltre, è stata realizzata una web-app che consente il controllo della formazione del platoon e il tracciamento delle consegne. I partner coinvolti nel caso d'uso italiano includono: SPINITALIA: responsabile della trasformazione delle cargo bike in veicoli automatizzabili. Comune di Modena: fornisce supporto logistico e infrastrutturale attraverso i server MASA (Modena Automotive Smart Area). URBICO: stakeholder logistico di Pesaro che ha avviato una campagna di raccolta dati sulle consegne dell'ultimo miglio a Modena, utilizzando cargo bike elettriche per ridurre le emissioni di CO₂. CSEM: sviluppa un sistema di visione e un dispositivo di comunicazione V2V per migliorare la sicurezza e l'efficienza del sistema di platooning. DIFLY: produttore di droni impegnato nella consegna di materiali critici tra hub ospedalieri. Durante l'evento, UNIMORE presenterà queste innovazioni, evidenziando il contributo del progetto TRACE alla mobilità urbana sostenibile e intelligente.

The Bluetooth car can move in all directions via mobile control, while the hydraulic excavator demonstrates real-world hydraulic mechanics using syringes and water.
