ACQ Volunteers Team A is presenting two exciting engineering projects: a Bluetooth-controlled car and a hydraulic excavator. The Bluetooth car can move in all directions via mobile control, while the hydraulic excavator demonstrates real-world hydraulic mechanics using syringes and water. Visitors will have the chance to try both projects hands-on, learning how simple engineering and electronics come together to power innovation.

Přivezeme sebou naše výrobky, zahrajete si s námi robotický hokej, vyzkoušíte si, jak se robot řídí a objevíte kouzlo nekonečného zrcadla a uvidíte naše vítězné roboty ze soutěží v akci. Na Maker Faire chceme inspirovat další děti i dospělé, sdílet naše zkušenosti a ukázat, že tvoření má kouzlo, které si zaslouží šířit dál. Naší vizí je vychovat novou generaci makerů, kteří budou s nadšením tvořit a posouvat hranice možností.

DIY as a Subculture and Skateboarding

The DIY subculture, an interesting derivative of the global DIY movement, stems the 1970s punk scene and is characterized by self-reliance and independent creation and distribution of music, media, and crafts. It involves individuals and communities taking direct action to produce their own work rather than relying on traditional, professional, or corporate channels. I will give a tour of things attributed to the DIY subculture with a special emphasis on skateboarding, discuss the benefits of this subculture, and talk about DIY skateboarding efforts in Tashkent, Central Asia, and the world.

Naše cílové projekty nejsou jednoduché. Chceme propojit elektroniku, internet věcí, robotiku s virtuální realitou a umělou inteligencí. Protože nechceme zamrznout u „blikání ledkou s Arduinem“, potřebujeme postupovat rychleji. Pro efektivnější programování máme knihovny a moduly – chybělo nám něco podobného pro jednoduchý i pokročilejší hardware. Námi navržené vývojové a experimentální desky, slouží i jako finálně zapojitelné moduly pro projekty nebo jejich části. Jednoduché (nebo částečně zapojené) projekty výborně pomáhají i při výuce. Ukázková zapojení, projekty a zdrojové kódy jsou postupně publikovány na githubu.

To date, the Academy has 14 branches throughout the Republic of Uzbekistan, in which about 2,000 students study. The academy's curriculum is designed for 2 years, with the first year providing basic knowledge of robotics, and from the second year entering the field of electronics through Arduino kits.
