I gioielli Glimoire sono realizzati con materiali antichi e oggetti in disuso.Sono recuperati, restaurati e rielaborati dando vita ad una reinterpretazione della materia stessa. Sono Marco Magliozzi, titolare di Glimoire - Gioielli d'altri tempi. Provengo da una lunga esperienza nel mondo dell'artigianato, la quale mi ha portato nel 2010 a fondare la mia piccola attività. La filosofia di Glimoire è quella di guardare oltre dando nuova vita ad oggetti antichi reinterpretandoli con nuove forme ed utilizzi: vecchi cimeli si trasformano in oggetti di design e accessori tanto originali quanto unici.

Dit is mijn kleine bedrijf Doorbel, waar ik bijvoorbeeld kleding, accessoires en sieraden maak. Ik vind het leuk om nieuwe technieken en methodes te leren. Voor mij is het dus een creatief platform. Ik hergebruik veel stof en upcycle kleding om zo duurzaam mogelijk bezig te zijn. Daarnaast vind ik het leuk om het bedrijf persoonlijk te houden en elk item wordt maar één keer gemaakt en is daarom helemaal uniek!! Sinds kort geef ik ook naailessen, waarbij ik je de basics leer om je eigen naaiwerkjes te beginnen. Nieuwe ideeën zijn altijd welkom, dus neem zeker een kijkje op mijn insta @Doorbel 🙂

Obtainium Works is a makerspace in Vallejo, California that specializes in producing small art cars for events such as Burning Man, Truckee Roundhouse Maker Space, Visions of the Wild Festival, and the Mad Hatter Holiday Festival and Parade. We've demonstrated our work at all the Maker Faire events from 2006-2025. In 2023, we introduced our newest exhibit, the Robot Rumble. Using trash can robots, participants will be able to use remote controllers to create a battle with the robots in 3 minute segments. We will be displaying a number of our art cars, some of them mobile, and will have a variety of steampunk and upcycled clothing crafters selling their wares.
