The STEM Students of the Variety Boys and Girls Club of Queens are building a community garden complete with a fully functioning weather station they coded themselves using raspberry pi.

Amanda Grutza is the STEM Facilitator at the Variety Boys and Girls Club of Queens in Astoria. She teaches a variety of classes to children ages 6-14, including LEGO Mindstorm Robotics, Coding, Digital Literacy, and DIY STEM.
