Sporgy was founded in 2018 by a husband-and-wife team of professional chefs, Adam and Carlee Alexander, with one shared mission: to make mushrooms more attractive. What started as a culinary obsession has grown into a lifestyle brand rooted in wellness, sustainability, and daily ritual.
