Makersville
Maker Faire Bay Area 2026
September 25th-27th
Makersville has a number of projects that provide opportunities for Makers to practice their entrepreneurship skills.
We will provide examples of these projects, as well as share things we have made. Some of the projects are the handmade Carnival (play handmade games and win handmade items), the Donation Robot, the Rube-Inator (for Rube Goldberg skills learning), the Practical Microfactory (e.g. the Bunny Factory).
Depending upon which makers join us, we will have their works as well.
Makersville
Makersville is a community of makers. We travel to events, but mostly around the LA Area, and are working to support a number of initiatives. These are build on / around the people in the Makerspace. We have in our core activities, the Rube Goldberg competition (through our Rube-Inator project), Alternative methods for funding events and creating community (through projects such as the Practical Microfactory, the Handmade and Reused Carnival and the Donation Robot), and Entrepreneurship skills coaching and supportive environments.
