JarzLabs: Interactive 3D Printing & DIY Robotics Experience
Maker Faire Bay Area 2026
September 25th-27th
JarzLabs is an interactive 3D printing and DIY robotics experience where ideas and imagination come to life.
We are a team of student makers who design and build beginner-friendly projects from simple toys like our jitterbug, STEM products like catapults to robotic builds like our N1tro car, along with games, fidgets, and creative everyday items. Each product is designed using CAD tools and brought to life through 3D printing. Our latest DIY kits help makers learn step-by-step how to build these products while having fun.
At our exhibit, visitors won’t just see finished products, they’ll experience how things are made:
- Watch how a digital design turns into a real object through 3D printing
- Explore how simple parts like motors, batteries, and switches come together to create movement
- Try hands-on mini build activities and interact with our creations
Our goal is to spark curiosity and show that anyone, especially young makers can turn their ideas into something real.
JarzLabs
JarzLabs is a student-led maker group of middle and high-schoolers who are passionate about 3D printing, DIY building, Robotics and hands-on STEM learning. We started JarzLabs because we’ve always loved building things, but often found that many kits were hard to follow, parts would break, or they didn’t explain how things actually worked. That made us think: could we design something better - simpler, more fun, and easier to learn from? Using our skills in CAD and 3D printing, we began creating our own toys and DIY kits that are beginner-friendly and designed to teach real engineering concepts through play. What started as a small idea has grown into a JAR of ideas and designs that we continue to improve and expand. Our products include easy-to-build DIY Robotics kits with different levels of complexity, from simple builds like our jitterbug, to more advanced projects like cars and catapults, as well as games, and creative everyday items for both kids and adults. Our goal is to inspire creativity and curiosity by helping everyone, especially young makers, learn the basics of engineering by building things themselves. We have been participating in Young entrepreneur Business Fair in Bay area and surrounding areas for last 2 years and have gained great experience and knowledge on how to engage young Kids and inspire them. We want to make STEM more accessible, less intimidating, and more fun for everyone.
