The Creative Engineering Lab shows how engineering is a creative process through projects in vector graphics, mechanical systems, and software applications. Projects range from a 3D-printed organizer for whiteboard supplies to a balanced electric bicycle that you can control! This project's ultimate goal is to encourage STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) by helping visitors explore engineering concepts and feel inspired to create their own exciting projects!
Joseph Hidalgo
Joseph is a maker focused on mechatronics and the creator of the @steam_ideas YouTube channel. He loves to communicate his learning to encourage curiosity and creativity through engineering in his YouTube channel, where anyone can learn science concepts and apply them to create their own creative projects. Joseph is very glad to join Maker Faire to keep inspiring others to explore how fun engineering is through its natural creative process.
