Corps Exquis
Maker Faire Bay Area 2026
September 25th-27th
Corps Exquis is a collaborative printmaking installation inspired by the Surrealist Exquisite Corpse drawing game. Participants move through six stamping stations, choosing a head, torso, arms and legs to build a unique character one piece at a time. For Maker Faire Bay Area, the installation features a custom collection of stamps created for the event alongside artwork from the Corps Exquis catalogue.
Corps Exquis
Corps Exquis is a Montréal-based participatory printmaking project co-created in 2024 by artists Reid Jenkins and Dominique Desbiens. Its modular installations are designed and fabricated in Montréal by a team of artists and makers, bringing together illustration, printmaking and hands-on participation to create unexpected, one-of-a-kind characters.
