Chaos Dectector: Body-Heat-Powered Wearable Strobe light
Maker Faire Bay Area 2026
September 25th-27th
The Chaos Dectector is a body-heat-powered wearable strobe light designed to help keep the wearer visible in the dark. Worn as a safety wristband for walking, running, and other activities in dark or low-visibility conditions, such as at night or in the early morning, it uses body heat as its power source. Unlike traditional wearable strobe lights, the Chaos Dectector never needs charging and can operate indefinitely in nearly any environment.
