Build Your Own Magic Xylophone
Maker Faire Bay Area 2026
September 25th-27th
Everyone can build their own magic xylophone and play their favorite song! No batteries, scissors or lessons required. Just snap some tubes together, and you get a new note! In fact, you can make all the notes on a piano and play everything from Twinkle Twinkle Little Star to Flight of the Bumblebee with just a handful of different tubes. Think LEGO for music. This magic xylophone won't help you freeze mom and dad, but it will unfreeze your inner musician!
Rundong Jiang
Rundong Jiang wants you to feel like you can play music too. While he currently gets paid to design training programs that help buildings become more energy efficient with heat pumps and solar panels, he spends his own time emptying his wallet from Home Depot trips and Cursor subscriptions, hoping that one day he can help build a world where everyone is singing and dancing with each other.
