4 Bit Binary Encoder and Robot Hand

Using the LED, explain the 4 bit encoder and user can see the digital representation of 4 bit in LED and it will be powered up.
We will also do the hand robot and will use the flex sensor to capture the real human motion and replicate using the DC motor powered robot hand.
