Clay and Steel the Richmond, CA blacksmithing school returns with fiery forging demos, and no-cost opportunities for Faire attendees to join.
* Celeste Flores and her helpful crew will be leading FIREY hammering sessions with a limited number of Faire attendees each day. See booth for terms and to sign-up (ages 16+).
* Another station, new this year, encourages ages 10+ to join in a guided session hammering out jewelry and textures you can show off around the Faire.
* In between sessions you can see our team show off forging skills with co-ordinated team strikes, or take photos with sculptures and props.
* Show support by signing up for our Newsletter or even take a low cost blacksmithing class in the East Bay!
Clay And Steel
Clay and Steel is a group of blacksmiths showcasing their abilities. They are students, volunteers and instructors. Clay and Steel offers classes and extended access to people with a blacksmithing lab subscription.
