MakeFashion Edu: Advocacy through Fashion & Tech

Virtually Maker Faire 2020

May 22nd-23rd

Exhibit

See touch sensors save the ocean in San Diego, micro:bits reveal police brutality across the world, custom circuit boards made in Shenzhen empower immigrant children in Arizona. All light in brilliant RGB, cut and sewn by hands both human and robotic.
MakeFashion Edu student designers build amazing fashion projects inspired by topics they wish to advocate, and technology helps these stories get noticed and get traction. The movement fosters STEM skills development that focus on creative careers, rather than the traditional focus on engineering careers.
