I made a twinkling necklace using 0201 LEDs . Its size is very small (0.65 mm x 0.35 mm). So I placed LED onto a circuit board with a microscope. Then I soldered with a reflow oven I modified from a toaster. The pattern of the lights is changed between a heart and a star using a microcomputer. It can also be switched to light like breathing. I coated resin on the surface and made a cover on the back with a 3D printer.
